These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products and subscriptions offered through this website (the “Service”).

1. Nature of our products

We sell:

• SellAuth Business Plan Subscription (digital service), and
• SellAuth Premium Themes (digital products).

All products are delivered digitally.
No physical goods are shipped.

A SellAuth account is required to use all products.

2. Seller of record

For all purchases made on this website, Zagorski oglasnik j.d.o.o. za usluge acts as the seller of record and is responsible for billing, VAT, and invoicing.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.

A VAT rate of 25% is charged on all purchases.

4. Accounts and access

A valid SellAuth account is required to access and use purchased products.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring your actions comply with applicable laws. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. Product-specific terms

a) SellAuth Business Plan Subscription

The SellAuth Business Plan Subscription provides access to additional SellAuth features for a single shop.

• The subscription is bound to one shop.
• It is purchased for a fixed period (e.g., 1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
• It does not automatically renew.
• Continued access requires purchasing a new term when the current one expires.

b) SellAuth Premium Themes

Premium themes grant design and customization capabilities within SellAuth.

• Themes are bound to the purchasing user account.
• They may be used on multiple shops owned by that user.
• Themes may be modified for personal use.
• Themes may not be resold, redistributed, or shared outside your own shops.

6. Delivery

Digital products and subscriptions are made available immediately after successful payment.

7. Subscriptions and renewal

Subscriptions are purchased for a fixed period and do not auto-renew.

You may continue using included features until the end of the purchased period. To continue after expiry, a new subscription must be purchased.

8. Updates and support

We may provide updates, improvements, and security fixes over time. Support is limited to reasonable assistance with installation and normal usage of our products.

Compatibility with third-party modifications or external systems is not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• loss of profits, revenue, or data, or
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• misuse the Service,
• violate these Terms, or
• engage in fraudulent activity.

Termination does not affect obligations that have already accrued.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia.
EU consumers also benefit from mandatory protections under their local laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights, we will notify you before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
